John joined the firm in the summer of 2007, shortly after graduation from the University of Memphis School Of Law. His practice focuses on general litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury, workers compensation, nursing home abuse and medical malpractice. John is admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
While attending law school, John served on the Editorial Board of the University of Memphis Law Review. Recently, the Law Review published John’s Note: “Kelo v. City of New London: Despite the Outcry, the Decision is Firmly Supported By Precedent—However, Eminent Domain Critics Still Have Gained Ground.” 38 U. MEM. L. REV. 187 (2007). While in school John was honored to receive the Deans Distinguished Service Award as well as the Jerome Rosengarten Scholarship.
John is a member of the Memphis Bar Association.
